In general, molestation means persistent and unwelcome conduct or actions. If a mentor, student or parent feel uncomfortable with any part of the relationship. A mentor, student or parent may terminate that relationship at any time by contacting the Washington Street Foundation office.
A mentor, student or parent may also give an anonymous and confidential account of a grievance, suggestion, concern or report misconduct by contacting a third party Hotline/Case Management Solutions company, EthicsPoint. The information provided will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. With the guarantee that all comments will be heard.
Training will also be provided to all mentors and information given to all parents annually.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
